Before practicing using our online classes, please read this disclaimer, which you must accept when you register for a membership.

Inherent Risks:

Yoga is a physical practice that requires strength, flexibility, and balance. Yoga involves physical exertion and carries risks of injury, aggravation of existing conditions, and, in rare cases, severe injury. 

Medical Consultation:

Before utilizing this site, we encourage all participants to consult a healthcare professional before beginning or continuing yoga, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions, are pregnant, or have any physical limitations or specific injuries. Our classes aren’t suitable for pregnant women – if you are pregnant and would like to try yoga, we recommend contacting a specialized pregnancy yoga teacher or studio.

Personal Responsibility:

The practice of yoga requires all participants to be responsible for assessing the safety of your practice within your own physical and mental capabilities and limitations. It is up to each individual to assess whether you are ready for the class that you have chosen. Keeping in mind that yoga may be challenging at times, but it should never be painful, you should stop or modify any activity if you experience pain or discomfort.  Always listen to your body and only work within your personal limitations.

Safe Environment:

Please ensure you have a safe and appropriate space to practice and to be aware of your surroundings. Make sure you exercise in a large well-lit area that is free from obstacles and that you wear comfortable clothing that doesn’t inhibit movement. Stop exercising and consult with your physician if you feel dizzy, faint, light-headed or if you experience any discomfort. Only you can monitor your condition during your workout. You are responsible for exercising within your limits and seeking attention and advice as appropriate. Never force or strain.

By utilizing this site, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily at your own risk and release the instructor of any class and this platform from liability for injuries or damages. Yoga.Health assumes no responsibility for injuries suffered while practicing these techniques and classes. Participation in any online yoga class is at the participant’s own risk. You agree to forever hold harmless, release and discharge Yoga.Health from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of your use of any services and materials on the site.
