We encourage you to visit our page of free downloads. You may notice changes in your daily life — what ever your goals may be, we can help.
On our website, you’ll see which classes you’ve completed, which can help you track consistency. Remember, even small steps forward (like stretching a bit farther) are progress to celebrate.

Using The Website

Joining Yoga.Health is easy. Just click the “Sign Up” or “Start Your Journey” button on our website. You’ll be asked for basic information such as your name and email, and for your protection, ask you to create a strong password.
Once you submit the form, your account is created.
Then you can log in anytime with your email and password.

Bookmark your page and go to the person icon (upper right) to explore your account.

Pricing & Access

Yes, Our free trial lasts 14 days for new members. We want you to be comfortable before committing. This lets you explore our classes and see if it’s a good fit for you.
